U-Haul International Supports Wounded Warrior Project
Phoenix, Ariz.-based U-Haul International, Inc., saluted wounded veterans and their families by hosting the official landing ceremony for the recent Wounded Warrior Project Soldier Ride. The annual event welcomes participating cyclists to the Valley of the Sun as the endpoint of the ride from Las Vegas to Phoenix. U-Haul collected donations and matched each contribution dollar for dollar. The landing ceremony included a number of special guest speakers including Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon, Congressman Harry Mitchell, and Wounded Warrior Project CEO Steve Nardizzi.
