Roof De-Icing Systems Developed By Thermal Technologies Corporation
Utah-based Thermal Technologies Corporation has developed new roof de-icing systems that company officials say can protect homes and commercial buildings from serious damage during harsh winter conditions. The patent-pending systems utilize heat cables or hydronic heating to melt snow and ice under sever winter conditions. The systems are designed to eliminate ice dams.
