Sentry Self Storage Names 2008 Manager Of The Year
Mike Murphy has been honored the 2008 Manager of the Year for Florida-based Sentry Self Storage. Mike joined the company in 2006 as an assistant manager and was promoted to property manager the following year. In 2008, he accomplished a major renovation of a challenging property while retaining all existing tenants and increasing facility revenue, rentals, and occupancy in the process.
Sentry Self Storage was recently awarded management contracts for two properties each in Connecticut and Texas totaling over 2,200 units and 238,000 square feet.
