A-1 Self Storage Supports Academic and Environmental Programs

San Diego-based A-1 Self Storage has announced its support for the Barrio Logan College Institute (BLCI) and Plant With Purpose. BLCI prepares students for college through free academic enrichment, skill-building, tutoring, mentoring, and college exploration services designed specifically for bilingual, bicultural students, many of whom are the first in their families to attend college. The organization has a 100 percent college enrollment among its students.

Plant With Purpose is a Christian non-profit organization focused on reversing deforestation and poverty throughout the world through environmental restoration, economic empowerment, and spiritual inspiration. The organization emphasizes quality of life and self-sufficiency.
