Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services has named Charles “Chico” LeClaire as its top self storage investment specialist in 2007. LeClaire, a senior vice president of investments based in Denver, Colo., facilitated transactions valued at nearly $103 million. LeClaire, who joined Marcus & Millichap in 1990, has received this honor every year since the award’s inception in 2003.
