Management Contracts

Florida-based Sentry Self Storage LLC, which provides management services to independent owners and investors, has been awarded the management contracts for the following properties: Premier Storage Solutions in Chicago, Ill., with 666 units and 68,300 square feet; West Boca Self Storage in Boca Raton, Fla., with 470 units and 42,654 square feet; Champion Self Storage in Leisure City, Fla., with 637 units and 58,601 square feet; Champion Self Storage in Grayson, Ga., with 549 units and 56,935 square feet; and Champion Self Storage in Norcross, Ga., with 565 units and 57,845 square feet.

Sentry also announced the hiring of Mike Wysocki as an IT specialist based in the Coral Springs home office. He most recently was employed as a field technician specializing in operating systems, software/hardware, and networking systems.
