At five-feet, two-inches, Kasey Anderson is anything but short in her duties at Walton Pond Mini Storage. She manages 135,000 square feet of storage as well as a container and mobile storage business in the vicinity. In addition, she directs maintenance, the purchasing of retail products, and mobile container and mobile trailer rental. Anderson’s supervisors say two of the amazing things about her are her ability to multi-task and the way she remembers every customer.

After coming to the facility in 2004, she elevated occupancy rates from 80 to 99 percent and reduced past due receivables to under five percent, and she initiates regular rent increases.

“Kasey approaches each day with an amazing exuberance that fills our entire office with energy, and her infectious laughter keeps us all afloat, “ says Mary Weiss of Central Park Storage Management. “But what is most amazing of all is the volume of work this little country girl puts out!”
