PHOENIX, ARIZ. – Hardy Good, Chairman and CEO of MiniCo, Inc., is pleased to announce that Lauri Longstrom-Henderson is rejoining MiniCo Publishing beginning July 8, 2008. She will have shared responsibility for all of MiniCo’s publications operations along with Poppy Behrens who was recently named interim publisher. Both executives will now have the title of co-publisher. Ms. Longstrom-Henderson will focus on advertising sales and production.

Ms. Behrens will focus on editorial and circulation. “The two together will guide and direct MiniCo’s multiple self-storage industry specialty publications operations,” Mr. Good said.

In making the announcement, Mr. Good predicted continued growth and profitability for the company and noted, “There are many positive changes happening here at MiniCo, and I am delighted that MiniCo Publishing is moving forward under the dual leadership of Poppy and Lauri.”

Ms. Longstrom-Henderson has extensive experience working in the self-storage industry, most recently as director of advertising and membership sales for the Self Storage Association. Her previous positions also include eight years at MiniCo, Inc., where she served as advertising sales manager until 2006. Ms. Behrens has been employed at MiniCo for eight years.

She will be responsible for management of the daily operations of the division including editorial, production, advertising, and circulation of MiniCo’s multiple self-storage industry specialty publications. In her previous position as the company’s executive editor, she has become a well-known and valued resource within the self-storage industry. Ms. Behrens’ writing credentials include previous positions and freelance assignments with Newport Beach [714] magazine, MZ Public Relations and Marketing, The Garys Companies, OC Public Relations, and Heritage Media.
